Preparing for closed testing
Effective 17 October 2026. These terms cover the invitation-only Android closed test for adults aged 18 and over. Build availability and invitations are communicated separately. Using the service requires acceptance of these terms. The test does not involve real charges.
Creator and contact
The service is created by Andrei Trakaila, a natural person. Address: Lawendowa 81A/8, 15-642 Bialystok, Poland. Service questions and complaints: admin@jobhub.today. Weplano uses its own accounts; access to JobHub data is not claimed for this test.
What the service is for
Weplano helps organise calendars, shifts, tasks, shopping, personal budgets and selected shared activities. Financial figures are manual planning records, not a bank account, payment service or personalised financial advice.
Account and security
Use an email you control, choose a nickname and built-in avatar, and protect your password and codes. You must be at least 18 to participate in this test. Do not share access or impersonate others. Contact support about security concerns.
Shared spaces
We store the plans, shifts, tasks, shopping, income, expenses and goals you enter. Shared spaces also process invitations, membership, selected records and messages. Personal records remain private unless you explicitly share them. The group subscription holder manages invitations and removal. A removed member retains a read-only copy of information previously available to them until they clear that history. The group keeps its shared records and future plans. Rejoining restores permitted future plans and retained previous history, excluding history from the period of absence. New members see permitted future plans, not past group history. The Everyone setting includes eligible new members for future or ongoing plans. Clearing your history does not erase other member copies. Account deletion separately erases your authored content from live shared records and stored member archives.
Weplano subscription
Planned monthly tiers are For couple at EUR 5 for the owner and 1 invited member; Family at EUR 10 for the owner and up to 5 invited members; and Group at EUR 20 for the owner and up to 15 invited members. These are future reference prices. Real payments are disabled for the planned closed test; test access will be explained separately. Payment details are not requested for that access.
Future purchases
Before sales are enabled, actual local prices, billing periods, renewal, cancellation and refund terms, and the features in each plan will be disclosed. The store checkout must confirm the final price. These terms do not claim that store subscriptions are already connected.
Leaving and deleting your account
You may stop using the service and delete your account in Profile or through the website using an emailed code. Uninstalling does not delete the account. See the deletion page for live-data removal and backup limits. Removed group members retain their previous read-only history until they clear it; they receive no new group activity. Rejoining does not reveal activity from their absence. New members receive permitted future plans, not old group history.
Test software and your rights
The test version may contain errors and change in response to feedback. Do not rely on it as your only copy of important plans or financial records. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. Material changes to the terms will be communicated before they apply.
Safe shared spaces
Do not share unlawful, exploitative, threatening, hateful or sexually abusive content, spam, or another person’s private data without permission. Report content from its menu or a participant from space settings. Blocking stops direct messages and hides chat messages in both directions; other explicitly shared records remain shared. Weplano may restrict abusive accounts or remove reported content after review.
