Scope and contact
This policy applies to Weplano and its website from 17 October 2026. The closed test is for adults aged 18 and over. Contact the creator and data controller using the details below.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Andrei Trakaila, a natural person and the creator of Weplano. Postal address: Lawendowa 81A/8, 15-642 Bialystok, Poland. Privacy questions and rights requests: admin@jobhub.today. Using this contact address does not combine Weplano and JobHub accounts.
Account and technical information
We process your email, nickname, a built-in avatar identifier, password hash, provider identifier if you choose Google sign-in, confirmation-code hashes and session records. Google sign-in supplies your verified email and account identifier; profile photos are not uploaded. Servers also process IP addresses, request times, error and security information. Codes are valid for 10 minutes; sessions expire after 30 days or earlier on logout, password change or deletion. Expired verification metadata can remain until it is replaced or the account is deleted.
Your records and sharing
We store the plans, shifts, tasks, shopping, income, expenses and goals you enter. Shared spaces also process invitations, membership, selected records and messages. Personal records remain private unless you explicitly share them. The group subscription holder manages invitations and removal. A removed member retains a read-only copy of information previously available to them until they clear that history. The group keeps its shared records and future plans. Rejoining restores permitted future plans and retained previous history, excluding history from the period of absence. New members see permitted future plans, not past group history. The Everyone setting includes eligible new members for future or ongoing plans. Clearing your history does not erase other member copies. Account deletion separately erases your authored content from live shared records and stored member archives.
Purposes and legal bases
We process account and planning information to provide the service you request and perform our contract, under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Necessary security, abuse prevention, technical diagnostics and handling reports rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f), balanced against your rights. We process information under Article 6(1)(c) only where an applicable legal obligation requires it. We do not sell data, run advertising or use behavioural analytics. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing. Providing the account information is necessary to create an account; other planning content is optional.
Providers and international processing
Render hosts the application and PostgreSQL database in Frankfurt, Germany. Google Workspace/Gmail delivers account-code emails from Weplano <admin@jobhub.today> and handles support correspondence. Google also processes information when you choose its sign-in service under its own privacy terms. Render and Google may use support or subprocessors outside the EEA. Their applicable data-processing terms and safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required, govern those transfers. Contact admin@jobhub.today for information about applicable safeguards. A Frankfurt server does not mean all provider processing stays in the EEA. This test does not connect your account to JobHub, banks or employers.
Storage and deletion
Account and planning records remain until you delete them or your account. Confirmed account deletion removes live private data, profile, sessions and links, clears your authored shared content and its archived copies, and removes memberships and invitations. Other participant-owned records remain; a former payer space becomes read-only. Hosting recovery copies rotate within a maximum seven-day Render recovery/export window; they are not a normal account-restoration service. Hosting logs rotate under the Render workspace plan, within at most 30 days. Support correspondence and resolved reports are reviewed and removed within 90 days after resolution, unless a concrete legal obligation or dispute requires a necessary limited extension. Any such extension is restricted to that purpose. We do not promise immediate erasure from provider backups. Contact us to request earlier erasure of support information.
Reports and safety
A report contains its reason, your explanation, reporting account and reference to reported shared content or a participant. The creator reviews reports and may access the specifically reported content, remove abusive content or restrict an abusive account. This does not grant participants access to your other private records. Blocking hides pairwise chat messages and prevents direct messages in both directions; it does not revoke other explicitly shared records. Support is not an emergency service.
Device and website
The app stores your session in native protected storage and preferences locally. Reminders are scheduled on your device with permission; no advertising identifier or remote push service is used by the Planner flow. Exported files are under your control. The website uses local fonts and same-origin requests, with no advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting processes technical request data. Google sign-in is optional and uses Google’s own services.
Rights and changes
You may request access, a copy, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to legitimate-interest processing by contacting admin@jobhub.today. Where consent applies you can withdraw it. We normally respond within one month; lawful extensions will be explained. You may complain to your local supervisory authority or Poland’s UODO, https://uodo.gov.pl/en/484. We communicate material changes before they take effect. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information or other people's private data without a lawful basis.
Removing individual records
Some record-removal controls use logical deletion: the record disappears from normal screens but a hidden database record may remain for synchronisation, shared-data consistency and retry protection until account deletion. Clearing Together history removes or hides your copy, while other participants retain their own authorized records. Use full account deletion for erasure of account-owned live data, or contact support to exercise your data-protection rights.
Google ML Kit / OCR
If you scan a receipt or choose its photo, Google ML Kit recognises text on your device. Receipt images and recognised text are not sent to Google or a Weplano upload endpoint. Only the purchase details you choose to save become planning records. The ML Kit SDK sends technical device and app information, installation identifiers, performance and error information to Google for diagnostics and usage analysis, encrypted in transit.
