Delete without reinstalling
Enter your Weplano account email below and request a six-digit code. Enter the code from your inbox, confirm that you understand the consequences, and select permanent deletion. Codes expire after 10 minutes. Never send the code to support.
From the app
Open Profile, choose Delete account, request an email code and confirm deletion with that code. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
What is erased
Successful confirmation erases the live account, profile, personal records, sessions and sign-in links. Your authored shared content is cleared, including stored member archives; memberships and invitations are removed. Other participants' own records remain. A space whose payer deleted their account becomes read-only. Shared goal amounts are bookkeeping records, not real money transfers.
Consequences and retention
Deletion cannot be undone through the app. Export needed records first. Hosting recovery copies rotate within at most seven days and hosting logs within at most 30 days; support and resolved reports are reviewed for removal within 90 days after resolution, unless a specific legal obligation or dispute requires restricted retention. See Privacy Policy. Clearing Together history alone does not delete your account or other members' history.
Help and payments
If you cannot access your email, contact admin@jobhub.today with subject Weplano — account deletion. Do not send passwords, codes or identity documents. Ownership verification is required to protect against unauthorized deletion. No real purchases or paid renewals are enabled in this test.
